Do I need to return a free gift?
For exchanges, you don't need to return the gift (subject to terms & conditions).
If returning your order, the free gift must be unopened and unused. If not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Giveaways: Each customer is allowed only one entry.
How do I return an item?
You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons returns are only accepted if products are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or tampered hair extensions are not eligible for a refund. An order number and the order invoice must be included and returned with any unwanted items.
How do I Exhange an item?
You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the products remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or removed from their packaging. If a product is found to be worn or tampered with, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued. The postage cost must be covered by the customer.
Please include a note with your order number, order invoice, and the desired product when returning the hair.
I think my item is faulty, what should I do?
If you believe your hair extensions are faulty, please complete the customer service form for assistance. The faulty item must be returned for investigation before a replacement, refund, or credit can be issued. Please return the complete set and include the following details to help with our investigation:
We will require a video showing the hair both during washing and after styling, including the products and brushes used. Additionally, provide a full video of the hair being brushed when both wet and dry.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for extensions damaged due to poor fitting, incorrect aftercare, or installation by an unqualified person. Proof of qualification may be requested. In such cases, the hair will be returned without a refund or exchange.
We cannot refund or exchange hair that has been altered in any way or has developed an odor. A thorough inspection will be conducted upon return.
GL is not liable for any damage to the hair or scalp. We are a stockist only.
If we deem the returned hair or products to be unfit for resale (including tampering with the binding or seals), we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange. Our returns department will perform a thorough inspection upon arrival.
Nano Ring Tip Hair Extensions
The wire on Nano tip extensions may detach due to harsh washing, conditioner on the roots, natural oils, sweat, or styling. This is normal wear and tear, not a fault with GL Hair. Clients may lose up to 20 extensions in 4-6 weeks, which should be replaced during maintenance.
The wire tip is small and may leave only the wire on the client's hair, which must be removed and new extensions refitted during maintenance. Clients are responsible for following gentle aftercare to avoid damage.
GL Hair is not responsible for lost extensions or for the use of non-GL aftercare products. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under these conditions.

We only recommend GL aftercare products for use with GL hair extensions. If any other aftercare products are used, we cannot be held responsible for any issues, including but not limited to matting, tangling, drying out of the hair, color change, shedding, or extensions falling out.

Hair extensions that have been touched by any aftercare products other than GL will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Many off-the-shelf products contain alcohol or harsh chemicals that can severely damage GL hair extensions.

Do I have to pay to return an item?
We do not have a free returns system. However, you can purchase a label here or post to GL Hair, PO Box 77138, London N3 9GG
If you return your order and receive free postage, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
When returning your parcel, proof of original purchase must be enclosed and we recommend you use a trackable signed for service as we can’t be held responsible if the package doesn’t reach us, in this event, no refund or exchange can be granted.
How long do exchanges & returns take to be processed?
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt to investigate the hair and to process your exchange or refund. Once your exchange or refund has been processed, you’ll receive a notification via email. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.
