We take all customer concerns seriously and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please fill out the form below to report any issues with your hair extensions. Please note the following:

  • All concerns must be reported within the guarantee period. 

  • Hair must be returned for investigation. 

  • Only GL Hair Aftercare Products are recommended. We cannot guarantee the quality of hair extensions if other aftercare products have been used. 

  • Please ensure that the person completing the form is the account holder and the person who ordered the hair extensions. If you are the wearer, please consult your stylist or salon to handle the complaint procedure on your behalf. 

  • ⁠Please upload a complete video showing the hair both during washing and after styling, including the products and brushes used.  

  • Additionally, provide a full video of the hair being brushed when both wet and dry.
